Tritchayne Farm Cottages, are self-catering holiday cottages in the picturesque East Devon countryside. The cottages sit around a pretty courtyard surrounded by beautiful gardens in an area of outstanding natural beauty, three miles from the coast and one mile from the historic rebel town of Colyton with its range of shops, pubs and electric tramway to Seaton and the seaside!
Tritchayne Farm Cottages consists of five self-catering holiday cottages each with their own fenced garden area, set around a pretty courtyard. The cottages share access to beautiful gardens and grounds and a glasshouse set up as a dining room for up to 20 people. Each cottage can be booked individually, sleeping 2 to 5 persons, or together, offering flexible accommodation for groups of up to 18 people seeking a unique venue for their gathering or celebration.
The cottages are designed with comfort and relaxation in mind and each has its own distinctive character with personal touches to make you feel at home. They are superbly fitted out and well equipped with comfy beds, wood burning stoves, excellent Wi-Fi, television, barbecue and garden furniture. There are cots and highchairs available on request. All cottages have both baths and showers and are stocked with toiletries and fluffy white towels. The four larger cottages have kitchens covering all your self-catering needs with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and the necessary utensils. The smaller Hay Loft, perfect for a romantic stay for two, has a convection oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Tritchayne Farm Cottages are set in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with the Blackdown Hills AONB to the north and Dorset AONB to the east. The location of the cottages makes it an ideal spot for exploring Devon (including Seaton, Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth), Dorset and the famous Jurassic Coast. The whole of the Jurassic Coast, now a World Heritage site, is within easy reach and the lovely West Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis is only about 15 minutes away by car.
