Riverside House offers plenty of entertaining space, with a large high-ceiling lounge, with original character beams, a dining room with seating for up to twelve guests (When the table from the kitchen and dining room are placed together) and a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. For those added luxury touches, Riverside House also has an open fire in the living room (with a limitless supply of logs) and underfloor heating in the kitchen and dining room. For keen sports and movie fans, the property has three TVs, DVD player, Sky Sports, BT Sports, Sky movies in HD.

The location is pretty special, too, with the Monsal Trail only a stone’s throw from the doorstep. The cottage is set in the Derbyshire village of Litton Mill with stunning scenery, walks and cycle routes right on your doorstep.

For when the weather stops you from exploring the Peaks, Riverside House holiday cottage has its very own separate games room too, offering pool table, x-box, air hockey and table football.
