Pheasant’s roost is a romantic shepherds hut for two guests. Situated in the stunning North Yorkshire countryside, sitting in a small secluded paddock overlooking open farmland in the small village of Thorpe Bassett.
The hut offers a comfortable double bed, kitchenette, log burner and en-suite toilet and shower, just outside guests also get to enjoy their own private wood-fired hot-tub.
The nearby town of Rillington, offers two pubs and a fish and chip shop, as well as a general store and butchers, perfect for an evening meal, or to stock up on necessities to cook back at the hut.
Pheasant’s Roost is midway between York and Scarborough, making it in easy reach of the coast, historic York, the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Castle Howard and even Flamingoland.
