The Wensleydale Creamery is an award-winning, independent traditional cheese-maker and specialist blender of cheese with ingredients.
Using traditional methods to handcraft cheese to time-honoured recipes, using milk from local farms.

The Wensleydale Creamery offers an interactive experience for visitors,  taking you on a journey through the art of cheese-making which includes the opportunity to watch Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese being made by their team of master cheese-makers in their new Creamery.

There’s fun for the whole family with hands-on games and activities. Have fun driving the children’s milk tanker and learn all about how a cow makes milk. Watch clips of your favourite Wallace & Gromit films, with colouring kits, quizzes and puzzles for the children too!

Once you have seen behind the scenes, why not pick up some of their award winning cheese, in the gift shop. Or try some for yourself, in the onsite cafe!
