St Clement’s is a small independent seafood restaurant by the sea. Serving menus that change daily depending on the daily catch a mile along the coast. As much as possible ingredients are sourced within close proximity of the restaurant. Local non-intensive dairy farms, locally grown vegetables, butchers and of course Hastings fish. Everything on the menu is made from scratch by the chef/owners, from the soda bread given complimentary at the beginning of your meal to the ice creams and homemade treats with your coffee at the end.
