Cotswold Distillery

The Cotswold distillery is the first full-scale distillery in the Cotswolds which opened in September 2014. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the desire to reflect the natural beauty of the Cotswolds and honour its heritage runs through everything the Distillery does, they use local ingredients and traditional processes, and partner with other local producers.

From their single malt whiskies to their gins and liqueurs, everything the Cotswolds Distillery makes is about quality and flavour. They offer Tour & Tastings three times a day, seven days a week, and Gin Blending Masterclasses and Whisky Blending Masterclasses.

In 2019 the distillery opened their brand-new Visitor Centre which includes a shop filled with their full range of Outstanding Natural Spirits and a small exhibition area which gives details on the craft processes they use. The Visitor Centre also features a beautiful and spacious café offering scrumptious sharing platters and freshly made baguettes, to delicious cakes, teas and coffees and, of course, a range of cocktails all throughout the day. With a window looking into the working distillery guests can catch all the work in action whilst enjoying lunch! The menus are carefully crafted using locally sourced ingredients, including coffee from nearby Monsoon Estates.
