The Lonnen, offers two bed & breakfast rooms in a secluded stone-built cottage in an idyllic village in Northumberland, tucked away at the bottom of a track, part of a family farm.
Both rooms are accessed via a separate entrance, providing guests full privacy. Rooms also include en-suite shower rooms, coffee making area, and fold out tables for those who wish to eat their breakfast in privacy.
There is also a beautiful outdoor seating area for guests, which boasts views of Simonside and Northumberland National Park.
The Lonnen is perfectly placed to explore Northumberland. We are around 40 minutes from Hadrian’s Wall, the famous World Heritage site. Alnwick is around 25 minutes away, with its Castle and Gardens. You can reach the beautiful coast in just over half an hour too. It’s 20 minutes to Morpeth and 45 minutes to the centre of Newcastle. We are just over half an hour from Newcastle Airport.
