The Eating House is a friendly cafe in the heart of the beautiful Peak District, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
Whether you are on holiday, out walking, visiting nearby Chatsworth House or en-route to Chesterfield, Sheffield or beyond you will always find a warm welcome and fine food and drink available.  Offering delicious home-made cakes, quiches, picnic boxes and a range of frozen meals to enjoy at home.
Why not make make a day of your visit? Spend an hour or so browsing the fabulous array of curios in the Craft Centre. You could have a look round the Calver Mill Gallery, take a stroll to the River or down to Baslow for some retail therapy then finish your visit by treating yourself to one of The Eating House home-made cakes, or if you’re feeling really peckish, treat yourself to a decadent Afternoon Tea.
