This self-catering cottage offers guests an enclosed back garden offering quaint views of the stately grounds of Invergeille House, a local historic manor dwelling.
Burnside Cottage is a characterful Listed cottage, with two double bedrooms sleeping up to four guests. The cottage which dates back to the 1750’s, has been lovingly restored and renovated offering modern comfort, whilst maintaining its character and charm.
The cottage has a bright and comfortable sitting room which features a lovely log burner for those cosy evenings after a day out and about. The room benefits from sash and case windows allowing the sunshine to stream in.
There is a new fitted kitchen with integrated hob, refrigerator and washer dryer. It has been filled with individual pieces of crockery, some from the local pottery in Crail and has everything a cook would need to rustle up a supper using the abundant supply of local produce available in the area.
Burnside, is accessible for those with limited mobility, with one double bedroom being situated on the ground floor, alongside a downstairs toilet and shower room. The downstairs bedroom is light and bright, and has been decorated using hints of the azure colours you see all along the coast.
The upstairs double bedroom offers dual aspect views, with two large windows overlooking the little meandering stream at the bottom of the garden. Â A special feature of the room is a roll top bath in which you can indulge in a long soak whilst enjoying the pastoral scenes beyond.
